PROTOX Inc. has entered into an Exclusive Partnership Agreement for its Botulinum Toxin Type A product on March 6, 2026, with local Indonesian companies, PT Sydna Farma and HAJU MEDICAL.
PT Sydna Farma is a specialized distributor of aesthetic and medical device products, responsible for securing local regulatory approvals and driving market expansion through its clinic-based B2B channels. HAJU MEDICAL will support market entry and product expansion by carrying out sales and marketing activities, leveraging its experience and capabilities in the local medical and aesthetic market as well as its network of medical institutions.
Through this agreement, the three parties have established a strategic collaboration framework for entry into the Indonesian market and will work closely to ensure the successful launch and expansion of our products.
Including this agreement, PROTOX has established Exclusive Partnership Agreements across a total of 52 countries, and continues to expand its global business footprint.
